I enjoy having chats and discussions with professionals, kids and any person that has something wonderful to share. It can be an idea, an approach or even tips for life's many moments. Instead of keeping these conversations to my self, I want to share them with others as a way to grow as a community. This project is developing and ongoing, born out of an itch to connect. They are informal, semi-guided and short enough to enjoy over a break for lunch. Happy Listening! If you have feedback, I'm all ears.
1. a conversation with Polina Shkadron, SLP, TSSLD, CFTP:
mealtime tug-a-war no more. July 28, 2018
Polina and I chat about a topic I find myself discussing a great deal with parents- mealtime! Polina shares her three top tips for parents in managing common sticky mealtime behaviors. She draws from her background in nutrition education and child development, shedding insight on the role of mealtime in optimal health and relationship. You won't believe how the small changes she offers can make such a great difference in building on joy (and sanity) in the household.
